If you think you’d like to give springboard diving a try, here’s the first step…

Contact our head coach, Josh Rusboldt at 480-329-6035, [email protected], or use the "contact us" form. After a brief discussion we will have an idea of a proper practice level to place your child. Once that is determined, you will be directed back to this page to start the registration process.

Don't delay. We fill up to our maximum capacity quite fast in the summer months and stay that way through the fall and even sometimes, year-round. In that situation, we create a waiting list and contact people on a first come, first serve basis.




To begin the registration process go to USA Diving Registration and get registered as an “Athlete (17U)”, first choice on page. This will get you registered with the main governing body that we compete in and will provide your diver and our team with the necessary insurance coverage. Please take a note of the athlete ID and enter with athlete registration below and on the following pages.

Scottsdale Out-of-City Fee

Do you live within Scottsdale City Limits or does your athlete attend a Scottsdale USD school? The City charges a $6 monthly surcharge for athletes from out of Scottsdale. The 85254 issue: According to the City of Scottsdale, anyone who lives in the 85254 zip code is not considered a resident since they use Phoenix utilities, even though they have a Scottsdale address. However, children who live in the 85254, that attend a SUSD school are considered residents of Scottsdale for our purposes. *

DISCLAIMER

Please note that occasionally your practices will get cancelled or relocated due to a variety of factors outside of our control, such as swimming meets and bad weather (lightning, temps below 50 and above 120).  Because of the nature of our sport having very high overhead with very little margins we appreciate your consideration, accommodation, and understanding in this matter. If the reason for practice cancellation is our fault (lack of coaching coverage), CDS will always offer alternate or make-up options when this occurs, however we will not be able to issue refunds.

If you plan on an extended absence, your diving fees are still to be paid, or your space will be given away to the next diver on the waiting list. If you wish to leave the diving team, you must give notice 10 days prior to the end of the month to avoid the next months fees.
